How Landlords Wanted works
We connect landlords with an established agency that is actively taking on property.
Landlords Wanted is an introduction service. We are not a letting agent ourselves. When you tell us about your property, we pass your details to our partner, Alan Jacob Estates Ltd, a letting and sales agency working across London, Essex and Surrey, and taking on larger properties throughout the UK.
Why use us
Many landlords don't know which agencies are actively looking for new properties, or whether guaranteed rent, management or a sale makes most sense. One short form puts you in touch with an agency that offers all of these, so you can compare them in a single conversation.
What happens after you send your details
- Your enquiry is sent straight to Alan Jacob Estates Ltd.
- A property specialist calls you, usually within one working day, at the time you asked for if you gave one.
- They ask a few more questions and may arrange to visit the property.
- You receive figures for the options you're interested in, with no obligation to go ahead.
Your details
Your details are only shared with Alan Jacob Estates Ltd, for the purpose of contacting you about your property. They are never sold to other companies. Read our privacy notice for full details.
