Who will contact me?
Landlords Wanted is an introduction service. Your details go to our partner, Alan Jacob Estates Ltd, an established letting and sales agency. One of their property specialists will call you, usually within one working day.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Getting a rent figure, a guaranteed rent offer or an offer to buy is free, and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
How does guaranteed rent work?
The agency agrees a fixed monthly rent with you for a set term, often between three and five years. You are paid that amount every month, whether or not there is a tenant living in the property. In return, the monthly figure is usually lower than the full market rent.
My property is outside London, Essex and Surrey. Can you still help?
Yes, if it is a larger property. Blocks of flats, HMOs, big houses and portfolios are taken on anywhere in the UK. For single flats and houses, the agency works in London, Essex and Surrey.
Can I hand over a property that already has tenants?
Yes. Tenanted properties can move to full or part management, and in many cases can be bought with the tenants in place.
What happens to my details?
They are sent to Alan Jacob Estates Ltd so they can contact you about your property, and are not sold to anyone else. Our privacy notice explains this in full.
